Our Story

On May 11, 2018, Chase suffered a traumatic brain injury during a freak accident while playing golf. He was airlifted to a brain trauma center at Huntsville Hospital where he underwent emergency surgery. Chase went on to spend 5 days in the hospital, and was discharged with 48 staples, a craniotomy, and a metal plate in his skull.

After his accident, he had limited movement in his left arm, hand, and fingers. In the weeks following his accident, he worked tirelessly to regain the use of his left side. From his own personal experience with a traumatic brain injury (TBI), he and his wife Emily, felt lead to use his platform as the owner of a pediatric practice in Anniston, AL to spread awareness and hope for children living with brain injuries.

Chase still continues seeing patients at his practice, Pediatrics Plus, in Anniston, AL.
